How long does shipping usually take? 

We ship 2x a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please allow at least three business days for orders to go out.  Custom orders are created in the order they are received & processing times vary depending on the item ordered and can range on average from three weeks to six weeks creation time. If you need it sooner please do not hesitate to reach out before ordering so we may arrange an appropriate deadline for your project.



The item I want is sold out! Can I still get it?

Yes! Although all of our items are unique, contact us and we will discuss creating one similar just for you!

How much is shipping?

First class shipping starts at $5.25. All of our packages are shipped with USPS.  All excess shipping costs charged, if any, will be refunded to the card used at the time of purchase. This is done after the package is shipped and tracking is sent to the email you provided at checkout.
